Warranty & Returns Policy
Products manufactured by 80% Arms carry a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects. We will promptly replace or repair any product that we determine to be defective. You are required to cooperate with us in providing reasonable documentation for us to be able to determine the nature of the problem. Normal wear and tear is not covered under the warranty. Replacement parts are available for purchase for parts that have been worn out by normal use or damaged by improper use.
We guarantee that our Gen 1 AR-15 universal Easy Jig will fit all forged and billet AR-15 lowers except for New Frontier Armory, Iconic Industries, and lowers with an ambidextrous bolt release.
Our Gen 1 .308 Easy Jig is only compatible with our 80% Arms brand of .308 lowers. It is not Universal.
Our Gen 2 Multiplatform Easy Jig will work with all AR-15, AR-9, and DPMS Gen 1 .308 lowers. If the jig does not fit your AR-15, AR-9, or DPMS Gen 1 .308 lower, and is unused, it may be returned for a full refund.
Our Gen 2 Easy Jig AR-15 / AR-9 only version will work with all AR-15 and AR-9 lowers. If the jig does not fit your AR-15 or AR-9 lower, and is unused, it may be returned for a full refund.
Lowers: Lowers can be returned within 7 days from the date of delivery without a restocking fee. They must be in new condition, free of scratches or signs of use. Completed lowers are not returnable under any circumstances. Lower returned after 7 days may be subject to a 10% restocking fee. Lowers may be returned for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
Blemished lowers are a final sale item. We do not accept returns on blemished lowers unless there is a functional manufacturing defect.
Jigs: Jigs are returnable within 7 days from the date of delivery without a restocking fee only if sealed in the original packaging and unused. After 7 days a 10% restocking fee may apply. A 20% restocking fee may apply to opened jigs. Used jigs cannot be returned. Jigs may be returned for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
80% Arms Uppers: Uppers are returnable within 7 days from the date of delivery without a restocking fee. They must be in new condition, free of scratches or signs of use. A 10% restocking fee may be applied for returns after 7 days from date delivery. Uppers may be returned for up to 30 days from the date of delivery.
Jig tool kits: Jig tool kits are non-refundable. We may make exceptions to this however if the tool kit is being returned with an unused jig, and the tools clearly have not been used. A restocking fee of 10% may apply to returned tool kits.
Accessories: All accessories are non-refundable. If you notify us within seven days of receiving the goods that there is a problem, we will set up an exchange. If you experience a problem with any non-80% Arms branded upper receiver that you purchased from us, we will contact the manufacturer on your behalf and ensure that they work with you directly to resolve the issue. If the product it deemed to be defective, the manufacturer will repair or replace it under the terms of their warranty. We only carry products made by reputable manufacturers who provide excellent customer support.
Refund of shipping fees: Shipping fees are non-refundable once a product has shipped. If an order is purchased with free shipping and then returned, our actual cost of shipping the order will be deducted from the amount refunded.
We are not required to accept returns beyond the return windows stated above. If we do accept a return after the return window has passed, you may be charged a restocking fee up to 25%.
We cannot accept returns for any items without an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) from our company. Packages received without a RMA may be refused and returned to the sender.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item unless the return is caused by our own error or manufacturing defect. We recommend using a trackable shipping service and purchasing shipping insurance.
Stolen Credit Card Purchases
We log IP strings on all orders. Any orders coming back as a chargeback due to fraudulent activities will be diligently pursued through your local jurisdiction for prosecution to the fullest extent of the law.
