Wow, very fast shipping, looks great, and pretty beefy.
Only potential problem I see is that 2 of the mounting holes have extremely thin walls. One measures 0.020" thick at thinnest point, the other just 0.0175", by comparison, a standard credit card measures 0.030" thick. If you use the screws that come with your router, they may push th

Two different alignments with my router holes had one or the other of these two holes being used. Fortunately I found a third alignment that does not use either one. I also switched to button cap screws for their large flat heads that also act like washers to ensure good hold down during cutting operations.
I specifically purchased a Metabo (Hitachi M12VC) 2.25HP router because it was clearance priced (still at Lowe's if anyone needs a good router), has the most HP in the sub $150 shipped price range (a plus for cutting 7075 forged 80% lowers which I have), and was on the compatible list. Took several minutes of searching, but I finally found the alignment I mentioned that works.
Cutting guide is very slightly off-centered by about 0.015" verses the through hole on the base plate. Not an issue with the cutter properly aligned to the guide.
Now... if only my Eazy Jig Gen2 could magically manufacture itself and arrive at my doorstep.... going on 3 weeks (tomorrow) waiting
I may end up using the template guide plate that comes with my router and standard brass guide bushings that fit it, but I'll give this a try first. The Metabo plate would also give me the option to use a much larger end mill to mill out the majority of the pocket, then use the 80% Arms end mill to do the finish passes.
BTW... this does not fit true "full sized routers" like the Hitachi M12VE (big brother to the M12VC), Porter Cable 7518, Dewalt DW625, or my own Triton TRA001, basically any router 2.75HP - 3.5HP & most 2.5HP routers which can be used hand held, or table mounted, and mostly have 4 mounting holes instead of three that are found on the mid-sized routers on your compatibility list. This is both a pro and a con... It's a con because I had to spend even more money purchasing a separate router for cutting my lowers. It's a pro because I don't have to use my very nice wood working router to cut my lowers. Read LessRead less about Wow, very fast shipping, looks great,
