80 Percent Arms Preliminary Injunction Update
Folks, the Court has already determined that the ATF’s rule about frames and receivers “would likely to be ultimately found as unlawful,” it’s truly only a matter of time before we officially receive the preliminary injunction from the court to protect our ability to freely manufacture and sell jigs and 80 lowers. That protection will extend to our customers as well. The question we know you’re all asking is when?
Well, we can’t say for certain but we can make an educational guess based on this future timeline breakdown:
- We filed for our Motion for Preliminary Injunction on October 20th this month.
- The Court has ordered the ATF to provide a response by October 28; that’s this Friday!
- In which, we have until November 1st to submit another response to the Court.
- Following November 1, we would be expecting to see the Court’s order granting/denying the injunctive relief no later than mid November.
The Armed Scholar also has a good breakdown and overall summary on YouTube of what's been going on.
You can bet that we will be doing our best to let the whole country know when our MOD1 and jigs will be back for sale (at which point, pending orders will finally begin shipping out). In fact, I will personally be screaming on the rooftops of Dallas-Fort Worth to let all my neighbors know.
Biden is putting out a bill to limit us all to 8 rounds per mag

If you haven’t seen it yet, Biden issued some serious fighting words in a press briefing this week at the White House. Apparently, he’s put out a bill to limit us all to eight rounds per magazine. To whatever puppeteer master that’s dangling his strings, this is getting kind of ridiculous. If Sky News Australia is noticing it at our expense, why isn’t America? This has to be called out more often. We must be more vocal.
In an interview with NowThis News, Biden stated, “The guys doing these mass killings, they have magazines, they call them, that can hold up to 100 bullets in it. That’s just like having an automatic weapon, which we’re not allowed to have by the way, supposedly.”
The declining president has been caught stumbling through so many interviews, getting lost on stage, around the White House… He’s making a fool of the Office and our country. Problem is, what if he were to actually step down and make way for Kamala Harris? Out of pressure to stand out, she might be inclined to make even more drastic moves and state even stronger things against guns and our industry as a whole. Just a thought.
Bottom line is, your response to any bill limiting your magazine capacity needs to be a resounding NO because all that does is limit any law abiding American’s ability to defend themselves against criminals who don’t care to follow the laws. Remind those politicians hopeful of a seat in Congress for their next term before the Midterm elections this year!
New York ‘Red Flag’ Gun Seizures up by 795%

ERPO’s, ‘red flag’ laws, call them whatever you want — it’s important that we resist against the anti-gunners’ dirtiest dream of turning this into a “pre-crime” world where we allow American citizens to be disarmed without due process and without the chance to appeal in a timely manner. ERPO’s are Extreme Risk Protection Orders where police can ask a judge for a temporary gun seizure order (good for a year), if they tell court that the person in question and in New York, they’ve dramatically increased since this past May when Governor Kathy Hochul used her office to order a step up in “enforcement” which came with a $4.6 million boost in funding for this program.
From August 2019, when a similar version of this policy was first put into place, to June 2022 the state had only issued 1,552 ERPO's averaging about 45 per week in a state of 20 million people. Subsequent to Hochul's funding boost and executive order, the New York State Police received 1,908 ERPO’s, and counting (in under 5 months), showing that this more constitutionally invasive version of “stop and frisk” has begun to grow some serious roots under Hochul’s reign. The increased average is now up to 403 issued per month. Another way of looking at this is that Hochul is simply pandering to the mass media trend because we all know this isn’t really about guns, it isn’t even about crime rates; it’s just flexing and virtue signaling.
One group of people in New York isn’t standing for it and refuses to comply with one of Hochul’s latest gun control laws which is that it’s now illegal to carry concealed weapons in houses of worship in the state of New York. Hats off to the Jews protecting their synagogues. Hochul’s laws stand to only criminalize these people simply wanting to defend themselves and makes clear that her intent is to defend her policies, and not the people.
A Jewish first responder on the security team at his synagogue in Orange County, New York said, “ I carry 24/7 where I go. I believe that law is illegal, not me. History has shown us that when Jews are not being allowed to defend themselves, this can lead to bad outcomes.”
If you live in New York, vote wisely for your upcoming gubernatorial election (governor).
