The Fifth Circuit Court of Appeals upheld our injunction against the ATF on October 2nd, stating that courts should be able to review the ATF's comprehensive rule "without the Government putting people in jail or shutting down businesses." This stance serves as a strong counter to the government's efforts to limit our rights. Evidently, the ATF wasn't pleased with the decision, which is why they're now appealing to the Supreme Court again, much like a child seeking solace from their mother on the playground, arguing that our injunction is unjust.The legal journey is intricate and ongoing. With the ATF's unrelenting attacks, our case is now on its way back to the U.S. Supreme Court. The forthcoming decision is crucial, as it has the potential to shape the future of gun rights in America.

Amidst these challenges, we stand uniquely as the ONLY 80% frame and jig manufacturer currently protected by an injunction.
